Refund policy

Returns or Exchanges:
We accept returns or exchanges for any reason within 30 days of receipt of your goods, based on carrier tracking information. 

Refunds: 
Once your return is received, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied back to your original method of payment.

Late or missing refunds: (if applicable)
If your refund hasn't posted yet, first, please double check that you're referencing the account used to make your original purchase as that is where your refund will be received.  Please keep in mind that there is often some processing time before your refund will actually be visible to you so you may want to reach out to your payment provider to determine if they have received the refund even though it has not yet posted on their end.  If you have still not been able to locate it, please do contact us at CustomerService@HighEndBeauty.com as we want to be sure you are refunded without issue.
