TO USE
- Rub the shampoo between the palms of the hands and lather with water.
- Then apply evenly to hair.
- Gently massage in.
- Rinse thoroughly and repeat if needed.
- Then apply a SHAZAY conditioning product for a perfect result.

INGREDIENTS
Good to know: We rely on a combination of SLES (Sodium Laureth Sulfate) and Coco-Glucosides as cleansing substances. While SLES cleanses intensively and foams strongly, Coco-Glucosides are a very mild, skin-friendly surfactant that is almost non-foaming. The latter is used as a cleansing substance, especially in natural cosmetics, and perfectly complements our Diamond Filtered Water. This combination makes the shampoo a good choice even for sensitive skin (scalp). All ingredients and what they do are listed in the table below:

| Sodium Laureth Sulfate | As an anionic surfactant, it cleanses the hair and skin. It also functions as an emulsifier, producing mixtures of immiscible liquids. |
| Cocamidopropyl Betaine | Cleanses and also reduces electrostatic charges in the hair, making the hair easier to comb, soft, smooth and shiny. Adds volume as well. |
| Sodium Chloride | Common salt, reduces viscosity and masks the underlying aroma of the ingredients. |
| Betaine | Binds moisture in cosmetic products. It makes the hair easier to comb, supple, soft and shiny. In addition, it gives the hair more volume and reduces electrostatic build-up. |
| Parfum | Developed exclusively for SHAZAY, this perfume is contained in all products in this series. |
| Coco-Glucoside | Harmless surfactant that reduces interfacial tension, facilitates even distribution during application and has a foaming effect. |
| Citric Acid | Influences the pH value and functions as an antioxidant. |
| Panthenol | Panthenol, also known as Provitamin B5, is a water-soluble vitamin. It moisturizes, reduces electrostatic charges and adds volume to the hair. It also makes hair easier to comb, smoother, softer and shiny. Panthenol, which is also well suited for sensitive skin, helps restore the hair’s natural moisture balance and strengthen it. |

| Glyceryl Oleate | Enables formation of finely dispersed mixtures of oil and water (emulsions). |
| Glycol Distearate | An emulsifying agent that reduces viscosity and nourishes skin and hair in particular. |
| Glycerin | A moisturizer that helps the skin and hair compensate for damages caused by external influences. It also makes hair easier to comb, smooth, soft and shiny as well as adding volume. |
| Hydroxypropyl Guar Hydroxypropyltrimonium Chloride | Makes hair easier to comb, supple, soft and shiny and gives volume. It also reduces electrostatic build-up. |
| Hydrolyzed Keratin | Reduces electrostatic charges in the hair, helps to strengthen and restore the hair structure. Makes the hair easier to comb, silky, smooth and shiny. Adds volume to the hair as well. |
| Dicaprylyl Ether | Dissolves various substances and makes the skin soft and smooth. |
| Decyl Glucoside | Facilitates emulsification and improves the stability and shelf life of emulsions. Also has a cleansing effect. |
| Potassium Sorbate | Protects our products from microbial spoilage and has a perfuming effect. |
| Alpha-Isomethyl Ionone | This violet aroma is a synthetic fragrance and conditioning agent that keeps the skin in good condition. |
| Linalool | Essential oil derived from lavender that masks body odor. |
| Hexyl Cinnamal | A synthetically produced perfume and aroma raw material. |
| Phenoxyethanol | Preservative that prevents development of micro-organisms. |
| Benzoic Acid | Benzoic acid is present as an organic acid in cranberries, blueberries and many other fruits. It functions as a preservative. |
| Sorbic Acid | Sorbic acid is a preservative that ensures the shelf life of our products. |
| Tocopherol | Vitamin E is a plant-based antioxidant that increases shelf life and reduces unwanted odors. It has an antioxidant effect and helps protect against external influences. |
| Hydrogenated Palm Glycerides Citrate | Hardened fatty acid glycerides are used as recommended lipids in aqueous environments. In our Energizing Shampoo, this ingredient is just a “waste product” (<0.01%) of the ingredient combination of coco-glucoside and glyceryl oleate. This makes up less than 2% of the shampoo’s ingredients and has no function in the shampoo. |
| Lecithin | Has an antistatic effect. |
| Ascorbyl Palmitate | Inhibits oxidation processes caused by oxygen and thus the degradation and spoilage of ingredients. It also improves the odor of a product. |
