INSTRUCTION FOR USE

The ideal time to shave is in the morning, right after a shower and before breakfast. At this time, your facial hair, mainly made of keratin, is softer and easier to cut, while your skin is less sensitive. Preparing your shaving foam using soap or shaving cream is essential as it serves two purposes: it hydrates the hair by removing its natural oil (sebum) and forms a protective layer on your skin against the blade.

Using shaving soap: Start by wetting your face (preferably after a shower) and quickly running your shaving brush under warm water. Work the brush in circular motions on the soap inside the bowl without applying too much pressure on the bristles. Continue until you achieve a thick, creamy lather, then apply it to your face in circular motions for one to two minutes. This step helps to soften and straighten the beard hairs, making shaving smoother.

Using shaving cream: After moistening your face and shaving brush with warm water, apply a small amount of cream on the brush or directly on your cheeks. Lather the cream on your face using circular motions for one to two minutes. Some users also prefer applying the cream directly from the tube to their cheeks and then emulsifying it with the brush. This process prepares the skin while creating a thick, protective lather for a comfortable shave.

MAINTENANCE

To keep your shaving brush in excellent condition for years, it's important to rinse it thoroughly with warm water after each use to remove any remaining cream or soap. Gently squeeze out any excess moisture and lightly rub the bristles on a clean, dry towel. Finally, place the brush upside down on a suitable stand to allow it to air dry completely.
