TIPS FOR USE
1/ Using Shaving Soap: Start by moistening your shaving brush with warm water, then swirl it gently over the soap in the bowl using moderate circular motions, being careful not to damage the bristles. Continue until you achieve a firm, creamy lather. If desired, you can use two bowls to separate the prepared lather from the foam. Apply the lather to wet skin in circular motions for 1 to 2 minutes—this will help stimulate the skin, soften, and lift beard hairs for a smoother shave.
2/ Using Shaving Cream: You can apply a small amount of cream directly to the brush, onto your damp cheeks, or into a shaving bowl before lathering as you would with soap. With your shaving brush lightly moistened with warm water, use circular motions to spread the cream and activate an emulsifying reaction. The resulting foam will be slightly lighter than soap lather but will provide enhanced hydration and optimal skin protection.
MAINTENANCE
To maintain the performance of your shaving brush, rinse it thoroughly with warm water after each use to remove any leftover cream or soap. Gently squeeze out excess water with your fingers, then lightly rub the bristles on a clean, dry towel to eliminate any remaining moisture. Finally, store the brush upside down in its holder to ensure proper drying.
