Plisson 1808 Thuja Wood and Chrome Finish & High Mountain White Badger Hair

DESCRIPTION

Superb burr cedar shaving brush suitable for daily use, as well as shaving soap and cream. Made of pure high mountain white badger hair, very soft and supple, perfect for preparing sensitive skin for shaving. Part of the joris collection, it features an unscrewable bristle so that the handle can be replaced for a lifetime.

The chrome finish is highly resistant to wear and scratches.

DIRECTIONS FOR USE

1/ with beard soap: after wetting your face (ideally after getting out of the shower), quickly run your shaving brush under lukewarm water and emulsify the soap inside the bowl (without crushing the hairs) until you obtain a thick, creamy lather. Apply to the face in circular movements for one or two minutes, just long enough to soften and straighten your beard hairs.

2/ with shaving cream: once you've prepared your face and moistened the shaving brush with warm water, place a dab of cream on the top of the brush and soap your face for one or two minutes as described above. Some users prefer to apply a trace of cream directly to each cheek with the tube, which they then emulsify with the brush.

MAINTENANCE

To maintain the quality of your shaving brush for many years, we recommend rinsing it well after each use to remove all traces of cream or soap and to drain it. Then rub it gently on a towel before putting it upside down on a suitable stand.
