DESCRIPTION

This beautiful Mach3 razor in Cedar burl and 24 karat gold finish brass ensures a precise and enjoyable shaving experience. This model is compatible with Gillette Mach3 heads: it is easy to use, the grip is balanced and the weight of the handle ensures a good precision of gestures.

Thuja wood is a precious species, with brown to light brown shades, hard, light and resistant, highly appreciated in the luxury and aromatherapy fields. Each slice of wood used has a unique design, making your razor a unique piece of work in its own right. In addition, the handle has been carefully varnished to ensure that it is suitable for use in wet environments and will not deteriorate. This means you can keep this piece for years to come.  

This razor is assembled by hand in our workshop and comes in its own elegant packaging. To complete your shaving set, you can match this model with the corresponding shaving brush.

TIPS FOR USE

It is best to shave in the morning, preferably after showering and before breakfast: the hair, which is mainly made up of Keratin, will be softer and easier to cut under the effect of the heat, and the skin of your face will be less fragile. Prepare your shaving foam by loading the shaving brush with soap or shaving cream. The use of products called "Preparation for shaving" has a double objective: to increase the hydration of the hair by removing its greasy layer (sebum) and to protect the skin from the aggression of the blade.

Apply the foam to a wet face, using circular movements to straighten the hair. Shave in the direction of the hair, limiting the number of passes of the blade, to avoid any irritation. If you wish to make a second pass, re-sweep your face and shave, but this time in the opposite direction of the hair.

Rinse your face with cool water and apply an aftershave balm to soothe and rehydrate the skin. The day can finally begin!

MAINTENANCE

Check the sharpness of your razor blade and replace it if it is worn.

After shaving, rinse the razor with hot water to remove hair and other residues (shaving cream, soap, etc.) and thus avoid the proliferation of bacteria on the blades. The perfectly cleaned blade will retain its sharpness and effectiveness for longer, and will continue to give you real pleasure while shaving.
